Veggie Mix Juice Diets

Spinach Juice 

2 ½ cups spinach, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery ,1 cucumber


Carrot-Broccoli Juice

Ingredients : 3-4 carrots, 2 broccoli florets, ½ beet, 2 celery stalks , ½ lemon 


Ginger Juice Diet 

1 inch knob ginger, 2 carrots, 1 beet, 1 green apple, 4 stalks of celery ,1 handful of spinach, 1 cucumber


Sweet Potato Juice 

Ingredients: 2 sweet potatoes, 1 beetroot, 1 carrot

Tomato Juice

Ingredients: 2 tomatoes ,2 radishes ,2 green lettuce leaves, 4 parsley sprigs

½ lemon


Cabbage Salad Detox

Ingredients: 1 quarter head of green cabbage, 4 celery stalks, 3 carrots


Cucumber Juice Diets

Cucumber Beet Juice 

Ingredients: 1 cucumber, 1 beet,3 carrots , 1 handful of parsley , 2 stalks of celery, ½ lemon


Cucumber Carrot Juice 

Ingredients: 3 carrots, 1 cucumber,1 beet, 1 handful of parsley,2 stalks of celery ,½ lemon


Cucumber Apple Juice 

Ingredients : ½ green apple, 1 handful of mint, 1 inch of gingerroot, 2 stalks of fennel


Carrot Mix Juice 

3-4 carrots, 1 beetroot , 3 stalks of celery , 1 cucumber, 1 thumb of ginger, 1 pear


Skin Juice Detox

2-3 carrots, 1 cucumber 1 parsnip, ½ lemon, ¼ green pepper


Body Juice Detox 

1 asparagus, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, ½ lemon

Liquid Sunshine Juice

Ingredients: 2 Apple, 1 lemon, 3 carrots, and 4 strawberries.

Green Juice Detox

1 green apple, 1 cucumber, 5 stalks of celery, 1 large handful of parsley, 5 stalks of kale 

Sweet and Sour Detox 

1 apple, 1 cup grapes, 2 carrots, 1 beet, and 1 inch ginger
