Did you know that you do not have to give up smoothies now that you’re attempting to slim down? You can make delicious, healthy, weight loss smoothies in your kitchen and it won’t cost you an arm and leg to do so.
Healthy smoothies are excellent, and can be prepared in minutes. You can incorporate a range of fruit with some water, potentially include some dates or authentic maple syrup and make a nice tasty shake as a well balanced meal while on your weight-loss program.
At times, weight loss smoothies can be a much better option than juicing because you don’t lose fiber which is a vital nutrient present in our vegetables and fruits for a number of factors. Fiber works like a broom sweeping our digestive tract to push all undesirable particles out. As you may or may not know, depending on your diet and your weight, the average person is carrying around five to twenty five pounds of poop in their large intestine.
One of the great things about recipes is that you can experiment with them and create favorite dishes for yourself. So feel free to add your own ideas to the recipes below.
1. "CHOCOLATE" MILK
-10 -15 medium dates
-3 ripe bananas.
-1 Young Coconut (I do not generally make use of the water within the nut although I heard it has some advantages.
-16 oz cold Water.
Mix everything beginning with the fruits then the coconut.
2. PAPAYA PASSION
-1 medium Papaya.
-1 red tasty apple.
-5 dates (pitted).
Mix everything and get ready for something out of this world!
3. STRAWBERRY DELIGHT
-4 -8 strawberries.
-1 -2 Bananas.
-8 -10 dates.
-2 cups of Durian.
-1 tsp of Carob powder.
5. MANGO MAGIC
-1 -2 ripe mangos (peeled).
-8 dates (pitted).
-Juice of one orange.
6. Durian Deck.
-24 oz of durian.
-1/ 2 orange.
7. PEANUT BUTTER BANANA
Peanut butter is rich in protein, particularly if it is natural. Add one spoonful of peanut, a frozen banana and a spoonful of cocoa powder.
Mix this with milk and a teaspoon of instant coffee granules.
8. PB&J SMOOTHIE
Here’s another great smoothie using peanut butter:
One teaspoon of peanut butter, some strawberries, a banana and your option of milk. You can use soy, almond or rice milk if you want.
To this include a couple of ice for an icy treat similar to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
9. BUTTERNUT SQUASH SMOOTHIE
Cubed prepared squash in addition to vanilla soy milk, vanilla extract and some spices would show extremely yummy.
You might use cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice.
10. VANILLA YOGART AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
1 cup of skim or soy milk
6 oz of vanilla yogurt
1 cup of fresh blueberries
Handful of ice OR 1 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA).
INTEGRATE milk, yogurt, and fresh blueberries plus ice (or frozen blueberries) in a mixer. Mix for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.
